PR #92 review feedback identified run-factory-tests.ps1 as too large and increasingly difficult to maintain. Refactor into modular, reusable test-group scripts with a thin orchestration runner to improve maintainability, explainability, and repeatability while preserving current validation coverage and pass/fail contracts.
