Add two automated check scripts to prevent regression: (1) factory-check-terminology-drift.ps1 detects banned Control Plane / Operator Cockpit conflation phrases in core docs; (2) factory-check-legacy-folder-guard.ps1 prevents new items appearing in work-items/legacy-ready-markdown or bare .md files in work-items/ready. Register both in validate-local.ps1 and add tests in run-factory-tests.ps1. Mark Phase D done on alignment one-pager.
