Retire monolith and wire Pester as canonical test runner

Final cutover: convert run-factory-tests.ps1 from a 6,000-line monolith to a thin compatibility shim that delegates to run-pester-tests.ps1. Update factory-run-required-validation.ps1, invoke-factory-test-orchestrator.ps1, and all suite entry-point scripts to invoke Pester directly via run-pester-tests.ps1 with the appropriate tag filter. Update the taxonomy sourceScript reference. All 108 tests now live in Pester. Requires BF-195 through BF-199 to be done first.
