Database/Persistence foundation — SQLite schema, ORM, migrations, and swappable repository interfaces
Establish the authoritative persistence layer for Build Factory. Install and configure Prisma (or Drizzle) ORM targeting SQLite. Define the initial schema covering: users, identity_links, sessions, roles, permissions, exchange_records, jobs, audit_events, telemetry_events. Create migration scripts. Define canonical repository interfaces (IUserRepository, ISessionRepository, IExchangeRepository, IAuditRepository, ITelemetryRepository) as swappable boundaries so SQLite can be replaced without service rewrites. Wire environment-based database URL config. Validate that migrations run clean from a fresh state and that all repository interfaces are stub-implemented with correct types. This item is a hard prerequisite for BF-215, BF-219, BF-221, BF-237, and all persistence-dependent items.
