User, Role, Session, and IdentityLink persistence repositories — concrete implementations against BF-213 schema
Implement concrete repository classes that satisfy the repository interfaces defined in BF-213. Create: lib/repositories/user.repository.ts (create, findById, findByEmail, updateStatus), lib/repositories/identity-link.repository.ts (create, findByProviderSubject), lib/repositories/session.repository.ts (create, findById, invalidate, cleanExpired), lib/repositories/role.repository.ts (findAll, findByName, assignToUser, removeFromUser). All repositories use the ORM client from BF-213. Wire into auth services from BF-215. Add integration tests that run against an in-memory SQLite test database.
