Exchange script backend adapters — package/apply compatibility wrappers to PowerShell promotion and harvest scripts
Implement the compatibility adapter layer that connects exchange API action handlers (BF-225/BF-227) to existing PowerShell promotion and harvest scripts. Create: lib/adapters/exchange-script-adapter.ts (interface defining package(id) and apply(id) methods), lib/adapters/promotion-script-adapter.ts (calls apply-promotion.ps1 via child_process with structured args, captures stdout/stderr, maps exit codes to ExchangeResult), lib/adapters/harvest-script-adapter.ts (calls factory-approve-harvest-candidate.ps1 similarly). Adapters must be async, timeout-safe, and write execution output to a job record. The adapter design must allow swapping script-backend for a service-native backend without changing the exchange API routes.
