Telemetry event envelope + durable event sink — typed TelemetryEvent contract and DB-backed persistence
Implement the canonical telemetry event envelope and durable persistence layer. Create: lib/contracts/telemetry-event.ts (TelemetryEvent: id, eventType [namespaced: action.|exchange.|job.|review.|launch.*], sessionId, userId, productId?, correlationId, timestamp, schemaVersion, payload: Record<string,unknown>). Extend BF-213 schema with telemetry_events table. Create ITelemetryRepository implementation. Create lib/services/telemetry-emitter.ts (async emit(event) that writes to DB — fire-and-forget, never throws to caller). Wire emitter into: auth events (login, logout, session expiry), exchange state transitions (BF-223), job completions. Document event namespacing standard.
