Done Work Item
Correlation IDs across request → action → job → review → release → exchange events
Implement end-to-end correlation ID propagation so every production incident can be traced across the full event chain. Create: lib/correlation/correlation-context.ts (generates and propagates UUID correlationId per request), middleware integration that assigns correlationId to every incoming request and attaches it to the request context, propagation into all TelemetryEvent records (BF-237), propagation into all audit_event records (BF-213), propagation into all job records, propagation into all exchange state transition events (BF-223). Expose X-Correlation-ID response header so clients can include it in support reports. Update telemetry traces view (BF-239) to support correlationId-based lookup.
