Configure the public domain and DNS for Build Factory. Steps: register or point domain to the VPS IP, configure Cloudflare DNS as the authoritative nameserver (Cloudflare free tier for DDoS protection and CDN), configure Cloudflare: proxy mode (orange cloud ON for production routes, DDoS protection active), SSL/TLS mode: Full (Strict) pointing to Caddy-issued Let's Encrypt cert on VPS, page rules for /api/* (bypass cache — API requests must not be cached), configure Cloudflare firewall rules (rate limiting on /api/auth/* per country, allow list for known operators). Document domain and DNS setup in production-runbook.md (BF-274). Confirm end-to-end HTTPS works at the public domain URL.
